The long-term working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 70°C.
While short-circuit the highest working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 160°C(5 seconds maximum duration);
The minimum bending radius for laying cable(D is diameter):single core unarmoured cable should be 20D,multi-core unarmoured cable should be 15D,single core armoured cable should be 15D,multi-core armoured cable should be 12D;
The environment temperature for laying cable should be not less than 0°C.
2. Rated Voltage 0.6/1kV XLPE Insulation Power Cable / Rated Voltage 3.6/6~26/35kV XLPE Insulation Power Cable :
The long-term working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 90°C.
While short-circuit the highest working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 250°C(5 seconds maximum duration);

Designed with fully symmetric space structure, cable has excellent electromagnetic compatibility;
Low and uniform positive sequence and zero-sequence impedances have greatly improved power quality compared with ordinary four-core cable;
The environment temperature for laying cable; PVC and XLPE insulation is 0°C;

Long-term spurring the civilian LED lighting market
The deputy secretary-general of the National Semiconductor Lighting Engineering R&D and Industry Alliance said that the 2.2 billion yuan subsidy will promote the promotion of LED in the lighting industry, and in the long run, it will spur the civilian LED lighting market.
It is understood that as early as May this year, the Ministry of Science and Technology released the "12th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Semiconductor Lighting Technology (Draft for Comment)" (hereinafter referred to as "Planning"), and proposed that by 2015, the scale of LED lighting industry will reach 5000. 100 million yuan, LED lighting products accounted for 30% of general lighting; focus on cultivating 20-30 leading enterprises, built 20 national industrial bases and 50 "ten cities and ten thousand" pilot demonstration cities; and in 2009 China's LED lighting market The share is only less than 1%. Obviously, in the next few years, China's LED potential market is huge, and the industry may usher in rapid development.
At the same time, the above-mentioned "Planning" also pointed out that the "12th Five-Year Plan" 80% of the chips are nationalized, the light efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced to 1/5. With the current LED chip accounting for nearly 60% of the cost of lamps, the price reduction of optical chips can drive the cost of lamps down by nearly 50%. With the improvement of packaging technology and the popularity of high-efficiency and low-cost drive circuits, the cost of lamps can be reduced to 30-40. %, so that the price of LED bulbs replacing 40W incandescent lamps fell to around 20-30 yuan, the street lamp dropped slightly, but it can also drop to the mainstream price of about 1,000 yuan, which is beneficial to the accelerated penetration of LED.
Excellent large LED companies will benefit
Industry analysts said that at present, China's LED industry will benefit from the government subsidies of listed companies in addition to Sanan Optoelectronics, as well as Dehao Runda, Tongfang shares and Guoxing Optoelectronics.
Taking Sanan Optoelectronics as an example, the company achieved operating income of 510 million yuan in the first quarter of 2012, an increase of 85% year-on-year; net profit of 197 million yuan, an increase of 19.41%. According to the analysis of Guojin Securities, the gradual release of Sanan Optoelectronics' production capacity will drive revenue growth. The specific performance is that the company's 107 MOCVD equipment in Wuhu has been gradually put into operation at a rate of about 10 units per month. At present, 70 units have been officially put into production, and the remaining 37 units are expected to be officially put into production in the first half of this year. In addition, after the production of all equipment, the company's LED chip production capacity will be more than double the average production capacity in 2011, driving the company's performance to grow rapidly.
According to the analysis of Xingye Securities, the strategic results of Dehao Runda's dual main business have already appeared, and the LED business has increased. According to the 2011 annual report, the company's main business income last year was 3.034 billion yuan, up 22.6% year-on-year; gross profit margin 22.7% , up 5.23% year-on-year. LED business revenue was 913 million yuan, up 151% year-on-year; gross profit margin was 38.4%, up 8.82% year-on-year. The company's main business revenue growth and gross profit margin increase are contributed by LED business. The revenue of LED business increased from 17.2% in 2010 to 43% in 2011. The gross profit of LED business was from 2010. 24.9% of the increase to 50.9% in 2011, the revenue and gross profit ratio have increased significantly.
According to relevant analysts, at present, in the context of policy support, the LED lighting market has been launched in public lighting and some commercial areas. On May 15th, the Beijing Municipal Government and Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the “Implementation Opinions on Urban Lighting Management Regulationsâ€, clearly stipulating that the night lighting of the city must adopt energy-saving technology, and it is forbidden to use powerful searchlights and high-power floodlights.
The above analysts believe that the amount of the subsidy of 2.2 billion yuan will be only the beginning, and from the development of the industry before the bigger and stronger, the primary beneficiaries of state subsidies will be those large-scale LED enterprises with competitiveness. Market share is also expected to be further concentrated in the hands of a few companies.
