Another key benefit for Imagination is that Mentor has developed a feature in which the Veloce hardware emulation platform supports Imagination's 64-bit drivers. Performing a 64-bit run without making changes based on custom target hardware means that waiting for new hardware does not adversely affect the delivery date.
