Obtaining the certificate is a requirement of the Chinese government project bidding.
The China Energy Conservation Product Certification is a certification issued by the Group's Maxcolor brand. This certification is based on CQC3127CQC3127 CQC3127-2010 (LED Road/Tunnel Lighting Product Energy Conservation Certification Technical Specification), which tests and recognizes the Group's initial luminous efficacy, lumen maintenance, power factor, life, dust, water, heat and fire resistance. It meets the standards. This certification will help the Group to prioritize and increase the score in government bidding projects.
