Northern Microelectronics Plasma Etching System Wins Shanghai Blue LED Project
Recently, Beijing North Microelectronics Base Equipment Technology Research Center Co., Ltd. Jiayin Transmission, after the high-density plasma etching machine won the bid for the national integrated circuit pilot process research and development project, ELEDE 330 high-density plasma ICP etching machine won the Shanghai Blue LED project. ELEDE 330 is independently developed and produced by North Microelectronics. It is the first ICP etching system in China directly facing LED large production line, which has realized the successful expansion of northern microelectronic semiconductor etching technology in the LED field. The successful bidding marks that the North Microelectronics LED etching equipment has been fully affirmed by the mainstream production lines in the market, and the level of localization of high-end LED equipment in China has been improved.
