LabVIEW NXG also expands hardware compatibility to support thousands of benchtop instruments and high-performance PXI modular instruments from NI. It now includes advanced programming capabilities such as object-oriented programming and seamless integration with TestStand, the industry-leading test management software.
Designed with flexibility in mind, LabVIEW NXG allows engineers to integrate its features into existing LabVIEW applications without extensive code rewriting. A new package manager interface, built on industry-standard formats, enables engineers to reuse test code—including code written in both LabVIEW NXG and traditional LabVIEW—streamlining development and maintenance.
