I have a question about the A095ATP content test kit. After preparing the substrate liquid I and ATP standard once, how should I store them? Currently, we are using the coloring solution, but the manual states that one bottle of liquid A is added to one bottle of liquid B. The volumes are 7ml and 6ml respectively. Since the amount of each liquid is not large, it's taken in proportion.

Once the substrate liquid is prepared, it can't be used just once. It can be stored for short-term use. However, it's best to prepare only what you need at a time to maintain stability and accuracy.

Store at °C and dissolve by placing in a boiling water bath. The developer can be prepared as needed. Additionally, if your measured results show many negative values, it might be due to improper handling or contamination during the process.

The orifice plate is prone to phosphorus contamination, so it's not recommended for this experiment. Instead, it's better to use disposable test tubes and measure the results with a spectrophotometer. Also, after collecting the cell sample, it should undergo cell disruption and enzyme inactivation before measurement to ensure accurate readings.
