First, pre-analysis: Based on the shape of the workpiece, we analyze the possible vibration modes to help the operator correctly support the workpiece and position the vibration exciter and sensor. This step ensures that the setup is optimized for accurate testing. Second, the vibration test: This involves conducting an initial test to determine the natural frequency of the workpiece. The third part of the analysis is crucial—if the pre-analysis results differ from the actual findings, adjustments are made at this stage. This section also covers the principles for determining the main oscillator’s frequency, the level of exciting force, and the duration of vibration. Third, the vibration processing phase: This includes the entire procedure of vibration processing and the rationale behind each program used. 1. Pre-vibration processing: The device automatically identifies the formant of the workpiece and records the process curve before vibration begins. The excitation frequency is determined by the analysis software, and both the process and curve are shown on the LCD screen. 2. Aging treatment: The system performs this automatically. The processing time varies depending on the type of workpiece, and the corresponding process curve is stored. These details are also displayed on the screen for real-time monitoring. 3. Post-vibration processing: After the vibration, the device scans the treated workpiece again to capture the post-vibration data and store the new curve. The updated process and curve are shown on the LCD for comparison. 4. Print processing: Once the pre-vibration, aging, and post-vibration curves are captured, they are printed out for comparison, evaluation, and record-keeping. This helps in ensuring quality control and traceability throughout the process.
