First, pre-analysis: Based on the shape of the workpiece, we analyze potential vibration modes to guide the operator in properly supporting the workpiece and positioning the vibration exciter and sensor. This step ensures that the setup is correct before any actual testing begins. Second, the vibration test: This involves conducting an initial test to determine the natural frequency of the workpiece. It also includes a detailed analysis of the results. If the pre-analysis does not match the actual findings, adjustments are made during this phase. Additionally, this section covers the principles for determining the main oscillator frequency, the level of exciting force, and the duration of vibration. Third, the vibration processing process: This encompasses the full set of operating procedures and the underlying logic behind each step of the vibration treatment. 1. Pre-vibration Processing: The system automatically identifies the formant of the workpiece and records the process curve prior to vibration. The excitation frequency is determined by the analysis program, and both the process and curve are displayed on the LCD screen for real-time monitoring. 2. Aging Treatment: This stage is fully automated. The system calculates the appropriate processing time based on the type of workpiece and stores the corresponding process curve. The data is also shown on the LCD screen for transparency. 3. Post-vibration Processing: After the vibration treatment, the device scans the workpiece again to capture the post-vibration characteristics. The resulting curve is stored and displayed on the screen for comparison with previous data. 4. Print Processing: Once the pre- and post-vibration curves are generated, they can be printed out for comparison, evaluation, and record-keeping. This helps in assessing the effectiveness of the treatment and maintaining a documented history of the process.
