Hongli Zhihui, Harmony Haoshu Investment, Zhangjiagang Management Committee, and Yuefeng Jinchuang have signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement." The collaboration centers on the LED lighting industry, aiming to foster comprehensive cooperation at both project and capital levels, with a focus on mutual growth and long-term benefits. In addition, Harmony Haoyuan Investment or its designated affiliates will jointly establish or utilize existing industrial investment funds to acquire shares of the company within the next six months, based on market conditions, with an expected increase of no less than 10%. First, the infusion of industrial capital reflects confidence in the company’s position and future in the LED headlight sector. This move signals strong recognition of the company's investment potential. It aligns with the company's previous plan to issue repurchase shares, reinforcing the internal and external stock expansion strategy and highlighting the company’s growing value. Through this partnership, the company is expected to accelerate its development in automotive lighting, including car-level LED packaging, lamp modules, and overall lighting systems. Second, the company is seizing new opportunities for growth. From white light devices to LED headlights, the company is expanding into more advanced areas. In 2017, it acquired Yishen Headlights, which focuses on passenger vehicle lighting, and through its subsidiary Fo Da Lighting, which specializes in commercial lighting and LED headlights, the company has built a comprehensive layout covering car-level LED packaging, lamp modules, and final LED lamps. Additionally, the company has secured a chip supply agreement at the car level, completing its LED headlight industry chain. Currently, the company's headlights are progressing smoothly.
