The SG-6 and SG-8 multifunctional direct reading calcium measuring instrument is a highly versatile device designed for accurate measurement of lime dosage, cement dosage, and effective calcium oxide content in lime. Product Introduction:

This advanced measuring instrument can simultaneously determine the lime dose, cement dose, and the effective calcium oxide (CaO) content in lime. It provides precise readings in real-time, making it a reliable tool for quality control and material testing processes.

Instructions:

1) Function Selection: This button allows users to select different measurement functions such as mV (Potentiometer), C1 (Lime Dosage), C2 (Cement Dosage), and CaO (Calcium Oxide). Pressing this button unlocks the data display for further operations.

2) Calibration: Press the calibration button. After 3 seconds, the instrument will enter the calibration mode. In this mode, you can tap the calibration button to cycle through the calibration items. At this time, you can input calibration points 1 and 2 for accurate calibration.

3) Automatic Measurement: Once the automatic measurement button is pressed, the stirring process will start automatically. After 60 seconds, the stirring will stop, and after an additional 20 seconds, the displayed data will be locked and no longer change. To unlock the data, press the function selection key again.

4) Clear: This function clears the current voltage reading. It is only available when the instrument is in mV (Potentiometer) mode. It helps to reset the zero point and automatically displays the difference between two measured potentials.

5) Print: Used to print the current test results. Before using this feature, ensure that the printer is powered on, the data cable is properly connected, and the paper and ribbon are correctly installed and online.

6) Start/Stop: This button is used to start or stop the stirring motor.

7) Speed Control: Adjusts the speed of the mixing motor. You can select three different speeds for forward and backward rotation.

8) Power Supply: This is the power switch for the instrument.
