High- tech LED : The display update is very fast. The mainstream device on the market is still 3528, but the 3528 technology is low in content and low in quality. Why don't you make some innovations? How much is the 3,528 gross profit now?
Zhong Bin: Now that patch technology is not mature, we can't make too much investment for a market that is going downhill.
The competition of 3528 is already very serious. The gross profit is generally maintained at 15-20%. It is good to keep the net profit at 2 points. Look at the control situation of each manufacturer. We are relatively few because we invest a little more in research and development. But 3528 has a lot of products, leaving 3528 and many other products can be replaced. Therefore, our company pays great attention to the reserve of products. In fact, our customers need to have new things to bring them profits. In fact, this is a win-win situation. We also don't want to bet on this product.
High-tech LED : Nowadays, many packaging companies have only seen the future, which has created a very strange phenomenon. The Mulinsen plug-in is very good. He does all the plug-ins, shoes, lights, toys, displays, etc. Medium and low grade. But he has 30 million sales in the plug-in one month, which basically accounts for 70%-80% of the mid-to-low-end market.
