The LM4562 is capable of maintaining unity gain over a wide supply voltage range of plus or minus 2.5V to 17V with an output current of up to 45mA. When operating within the above supply voltage range, the input circuit has a common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of over 108dB, while the input bias current is as low as 10nA (typ). With the full support of the output stage, the audio capabilities of the LM4562 op amp can be fully utilized. If this output stage drives a 2kï— load, the output swing will not exceed 1V of the supply voltage; if a load of 600ï— is driven, the output swing will not exceed 1.5V of the supply voltage.
The LM4562 op amp can fully utilize its performance even when driving inductive loads up to 100pF. The chip has a mute function that suppresses switching/switching noise, which reduces the output of the amplifier to an equivalent quiescent current, which is helpful for saving power.
