Aiming at the inefficiency of manual testing and subjective influence, a high-definition television (HDTV) main control board automatic test system based on LabVIEW was designed. Develop audio and video image evaluation software using LabVIEW's rich graphical processing features such as signal processing and virtual instruments. The gradient-based structural similarity image evaluation algorithm (GSSIM) is used to improve the discriminative accuracy of the fuzzy distortion image in the test analysis. The automatic test system can greatly improve the test efficiency and ensure the objectivity and consistency of the product test indicators. High-definition television (HDTV) has become the main force in the current color TV market, and its core component is the TV main control board. At present, the main control board factory test generally uses manual test methods, but it has the following shortcomings: 1) low test efficiency, manual replacement of test tools, time-consuming and laborious; 2) evaluation subjective, relying on human senses to judge the quality of the product It is easy to cause the product quality to be uneven. Therefore, the development of automated test systems has become an urgent task for HDTV manufacturers. This paper takes a liquid crystal HDTV main control board on the market as the test object, adopts LabVIEW graphical programming, design test software, analyzes and evaluates the collected audio and video signals, and designs friendly human-computer interaction interface and data management. The software module ultimately improves the efficiency of product testing and ensures the objectivity and consistency of product quality analysis. 1 automatic test system overall design The block diagram of a typical HDTV system is shown in Figure 1. The main control board consists of two parts: the control circuit and the sequential circuit. The control circuit is mainly responsible for the receiving and processing of audio and video signals, and is converted into a mini-LVDS standard signal; the sequential circuit generates a pulse timing signal, and the digital image signal is sent to the display screen through the row and column driving circuits in real time. The main control board is the core component of the HDTV and must be rigorously tested before leaving the factory. The automatic test system designed in this paper includes the upper industrial computer, audio and video signal source, audio capture card, video capture card and learnable remote control module. The system block diagram is shown in Figure 2. In Fig. 2, CHROMA is used as a source of audio and video signals, and communicates with the host computer through RS-232, and outputs audio and video signals according to the command of the host computer. The audio and video signals output by the main control board are respectively transmitted to the upper industrial computer through the audio capture card and the video capture card for analysis and evaluation. In the test process, the learnable remote control module can simulate the infrared remote control, and adopts single-chip development to realize automatic switching of the test flow.
