Relic is still optimistic about the PC platform

Despite the "Leus Ex: Human Revolution" leak, Relic did not lose his confidence in the PC platform:

"This has always been a problem for the company, but it is not a decisive factor in our decision-making for PC games," Relic headed the market's James McDermott told Eurogamer reporters.

“For us, the motivation for making PC games is that the hugely formed DoW community is made up of PC players. Perhaps Star Wars can make a little difference to the situation and bring games like “Star Wars” to the PC. The player is a reasonable choice."

Squewell is now seeking to bring a group of Italians to court. They have been stealing an early evaluation version of "Death: Human Liberation" from a Steam account reserved for the media.

If this kind of thing happened to Star Wars, "it would definitely cause us a heavy blow," McDermott commented.

"THQ is very dependent on the sales of PC games. We are always encouraged by the news from Steam.... The PC version of Star Wars on the Steam platform has quite good pre-sale results."

More important than these PR sets, Relic will not reveal new RTS masterpieces at next month's Cologne game show, such as "Homeland 3" or "Heroes 2".

RTS works are featured tracks on the PC platform. Relic's loyalty and expectation for PC games is directly proportional to the number of RTS new works.
