Guofeng Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. announced that in order to strengthen its main film industry and develop high-end, high-quality polyester films, the company plans to build an annual production capacity of 4,000 tons of ultra-thin weathering balanced polyester film project. The project plans to introduce an ultra-thin and weatherproof balanced polyester film production line with international advanced level.

According to the announcement, the total investment in the capacitive film project is 205 million yuan, of which 191 million yuan in fixed asset investment and 13.28 million yuan in liquidity. The total investment return rate of the project is 21.65%, the construction period is 2 years, and the investment recovery period is 5.74 years; It can realize an annual output of 4,000 tons of ultra-thin weathering-proof polyester film, with an annual operating income of 200 million yuan and a net profit of 37.22 million yuan.

It is understood that the demand for capacitors, especially film capacitors, is increasing rapidly in China. As the core dielectric material of film capacitors, the capacitance film accounts for more than 70% of its cost, and it is one of the electronic special materials that the country has encouraged to develop. However, due to its high technical requirements, the current domestic production is very limited, relying heavily on imports. Guofeng Plastics stated that as a high-tech enterprise and one of the larger professional film manufacturers in China, the company currently has two core invention patent technologies and has broken through the technical barriers of the project. Investing in and constructing this capacitive membrane project is in line with the company's development strategy, which is conducive to the company's product upgrading, the formation of new profit growth points, and the improvement of the level of benefits.
