4. This inquiry uses the “lowest price evaluation method†for bid evaluation. The quotation provided by each supplier, the Red River State Purchasing Center organizes the inquiry team members to review and determine the supplier of the transaction. After the review, the government procurement center will announce the transaction announcement within five working days and issue a notice of the transaction. The purchasing unit accepts the goods and the supplier pays the bidding service fee, and the purchasing center issues a payment notice or pays the purchase price.
