Second, the working principle:

1. Fourth, use:

1. This equipment should be used in an environment with a cleanliness of not less than 10,000.

2. The equipment should be cleaned and the number of colonies detected before use. When it is confirmed that the two indicators meet the technical parameters, they can be used.

3. After the power is turned on, press the switch button shown on the control panel to operate. The air volume adjustment button is used to change the air volume of the air supply. The air volume can be adjusted to a larger position before the work, and the small air volume can be adjusted as needed until the desired wind speed is reached.

4. After the fan is started, the equipment should be self-cleaned for 10 to 20 minutes to start working. When self-cleaning, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp should be turned on to sterilize the working area. When working, the switch can be turned to the lighting position.

5. After the work is finished, the power should be cut off.

V. Maintenance:

1. Regularly check the purification efficiency of the work area, the number of colonies, and the wind speed in the work area (usually three to six months).

2. When it is found that the wind speed becomes small, first check whether the surface of the pre-filter is black. If it is black, the pre-filter has more dust and the resistance is increased. That is, the non-woven fabric in the pre-filter should be removed for cleaning or Exchange.

3. When the non-woven fabric is exchanged or cleaned, the wind speed cannot be increased, indicating that the high-efficiency filter resistance is increased. At this time, the air volume button can be adjusted to increase the air volume of the fan, thereby increasing the wind speed of the air supply surface.

4. When the air volume adjustment button is adjusted to the maximum but still can not increase the wind speed, it means that the high efficiency filter has been completely blocked, and the high efficiency air filter must be replaced.

5. When replacing the high-efficiency air filter, pay attention to the correct type of high-efficiency air filtration, and recognize the arrow mark on the high-efficiency filter. The arrow should point in the direction of air flow.

6. After the high-efficiency air filter is replaced, it is necessary to confirm that the frame is not leaking. And carry out system testing, and then reach the technical indicators before normal work can be carried out.

7. Regularly check the electrical circuit. If there is any fault, it should be eliminated in time.
