If the power supply capacity is too small, it is prone to the following situation: the mold clamping movement will cause the rubber electronic ruler to display the beating, or the glue movement will cause the display of the clamping electronic ruler to fluctuate. In particular, the solenoid valve driving power supply is prone to the above situation when the electronic scale power supply is together. In severe cases, the voltage fluctuation of the multimeter can be used to measure the voltage fluctuation. If the problem cannot be solved without eliminating static interference, high-frequency interference, or poor neutrality, it is also suspected that the power of the power supply is too small. There must be no outside interference, including static interference and high frequency interference. Therefore, the signal line of the strong electric line and the electronic ruler of the equipment should be separated from the line slot. The electronic ruler should use a forced grounding bracket, and the electronic scale housing (measuring the resistance between the end cap screw and the bracket should be less than 1Ω) should be well grounded. The signal line should be shielded and should be used at one end of the electrical box. Ground the shield wire or connect the negative pole of the DC power supply. When static electricity is disturbed, the voltage measurement of the general multimeter is very normal, but the digital jitter is displayed; the phenomenon is also the same when the high frequency interference occurs. Verify that it is static interference. Use a power cord to short the cover screw of the electronic ruler to a metal on the machine. As soon as it is shorted, the static interference is immediately eliminated. However, high-frequency interference is difficult to eliminate by the above methods, and high-frequency interference occurs in the robot hand and the frequency conversion power saver. It can be verified by stopping the robot or the frequency conversion power saver. The power supply voltage should be stable. The industrial power supply requires ±0.1% stability. For example, the reference voltage is 10V, which allows fluctuations of ±0.01V. Otherwise, it will cause large fluctuations in display.
