The sub-power IC adopts ICE3B0365J, and no obvious breakdown of other components is found on the board. The ICE3B0565 has a normal voltage output on the machine!
The cold machine will not be powered up until the next day. After replacing the C501, C505, and C503, the cold machine will still not be turned on. The only thing that can be heated behind the IC is the ZD502 (24V). It is really leaking when the measurement is removed. Just replace it!
