Summary:
This paper focuses on the design and fabrication of a low-power general-purpose switching regulator power supply for the current popular single-chip switching power supply chip. The switching power supply selects three main integrated circuits - TOP246Y 6-terminal single-chip switching power supply, linear optical coupler PC817A and adjustable precision shunt regulator TL431. The PWM technology of the TOP246Y 6-terminal single-chip switching power supply is used to control the duty cycle of the switch to adjust the output voltage to achieve stable output. The main contents of the design are: (1) selecting the switching power supply circuit according to the design requirements; (2) designing the input rectification and filtering circuit, and determining the relevant device parameters; (3) designing the control core part of the switching power supply based on TOP246Y; Design high-frequency transformers, calculate and determine the transformer's ratio and winding turns; (5) design the output rectification and filtering circuit, and determine the relevant device parameters; (6) design voltage feedback circuit. In this paper, the filtering, rectification and feedback circuits of the switching power supply are carefully studied.
